Instructions for Mentee Registration:

Please Note:  Mentee registration can not be processed online because of the sponsorships.  If you register your child online, we are unable to provide you a refund of the participant costs and registration fees.

1. Parents of current mentees need to complete a registration form for their child, indicating:

* Current city and school their child is being mentored at, and
* The parent’s birth date

2. Submissions should be dropped off, faxed or emailed attention to:

3. If parents/guardians want to participate, they are responsible for their own registration and fees ($28.25/pp).  Only the fees of the Mentees are able to be sponsored.
